Skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, Proposal Writing, Fundraising, Leadership, and Data Analysis. Strong community and social services professional with a Doctorate focused in Public Health from Morgan State University.

Ogingo Carr

Oginga Carr is an author, international seminar leader, organizational structure expert and consultant. He brings 20 years of experience in Sales, Management, and Human Resources. His passion is in the dynamic of change; dealing with it, working through it, and preparing for it. Mr. Carr focuses on productivity through structure and human capital development. He has trained tens of thousands of HR Professionals in 49 states. He consults with and trains organizations in Human Resources and compliance.

Cynthia Parker-Kirk
Contract Administrator II
Mrs. Cynthia Parker-Kirk is a Contract Administrator II for the Baltimore City Department of Transportation. She has been an employee for fourteen years with a background in procurement and outreach. Cynthia often speaks on behalf of the department at various outreach events on the process for minority /woman owned business to obtain Baltimore City Construction and Consultant Design contracts. She currently oversees multimillion-dollar agreements and assist other contract administrators with the procurement process to include but not limited to; review of contract specifications, consultant agreements and monitoring minority participation.

Wynisha Witt

Wynisha Witt is the Scholar Success Advocate at Byte Back’s Baltimore location where she supports scholars to ensure their overall success whilst enrolled in training. She has worked in the non-profit in the city of Baltimore serving the community and advocating for the rights of the city’s citizens.

Jor’Danna Davis

Jor’Danna is passionate about helping those in disenfranchised communities overcome barriers to success and is a strong believer in turning your challenges into opportunities.
She currently works as a Senior Social Support Manager at NPower Maryland, a technology training institution in Southwest Baltimore, in which she has led the charge in establishing effective wraparound services and case management that have fostered the personal, academic, and professional growth of young adults and veterans for the past 5 and a half years.
Additionally, she contributes over 10 years of experience in the education and nonprofit fields and holds a B.A. in Mass Communication from Grambling State University, an M.A. in Education from Roosevelt University, and an M.A. in School Counseling and Guidance from Lewis University.
Jor’Danna is a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. and a native of Chicago, IL. She relocated to the Baltimore region in 2015.

Mr. Brockman is an accomplished subject matter expert in the realm of cybersecurity, security thought-leadership, and Assessment and Authorization (A&A) process, supporting information security Governance principles, developing and implementing defense-in-depth strategies, NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF), Security Operations, Technology Acquisition, NIST Cyber Security Framework (CSF); offering over 25 years of progressive experience successfully facilitating the improvement of Government agency security posture, and advising stakeholders on industry security best practices, and selecting information technology solutions that fit within agency mission, vision and budget.
